[tasla] TexShare and Texas Schools

[David Schuster]

So in the last legislative session the "rules" governing Texshare were
changed in the statute allowing affiliate membership to be expanded.
 
What were we "k-12 libraries" expecting or wanting to happen because of
that?  Just trying to figure out how all of this plays for us.
