[tasla] more help needed for Legislative Budget Board report

Dear TASLA members: 

I was recently contacted by an analyst from the Legislative Budget Board 
who is gathering information for the School Performance Review.   After 
our call, I have quite a bit of homework to gather to answer his questions 
about school libraries.   The officers of TASL and TLA staff are working 
on this as well.  This is a great opportunity to share information about 
school libraries in Texas. 

I have two more questions for you:

Within the last three years, have you been asked to slash your budgets 
and/or have you lost certified librarians in your district?
