[tasla] Professional Learning Communities

Do you have any librarians that use Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to plan for instruction?  I'm looking for more than someone that is a part of a book study, but someone who is engaged with teachers to talk about student data to influence the way they plan for student outcomes.  
 
If you know of someone that does this effectively, please let me know.
