School Libraries Collaborate for Kids
Dr. Leigh Ann Jones (Frisco ISD) and Mayra Díaz(Frisco PL)will provide
practical ideas for jointly promoting and offering basic library
services, building collections, supporting curriculum activities, and
enhancing communication strategies. Learn about some fun and innovative
projects and discover how to build a successful partnership between
schooland public libraries in spite of growing populations,
administrative hurdles, and decreased budgets. Their program will build
on their article in the current Texas Library Journal.
